Location of boat from Santa Cruz Harbor:
S DOCK SLIP 5 –  {On google maps put in Johnny’s harbor side restaurant and that will bring you one dock from where we are located}

Make sure to park at a meter, not a slip renter parking spot.

You will need to buy a day parking pass, either at the kiosk or tackle shop (cash only for tackle shop). The cost of a day pass is $13.

With mixed groups of people, if someone gets sick you will have to tough it out.  We are unable to bring you back to the dock in MOST CASES.! SORRY!

Please wait at the top of dock until instructed to board the boat! Some one will come give you a bathroom key and gate key! Thanks!

What to bring

  • Fishing License (required for 16 and over)
    There is a link on homepage to the DFG website where you can get a license (you must have a printed out fishing license with your information, not a gift voucher), or you can purchase a license at the harbor tackle shop (cash only). Bring food and beverages, alcoholic beverages are fine.

    What to wear

    Layered clothing is a good idea, mornings are cold on the bay, but it can warm up out there. If you have rubber boots wear them.  If not it will be fine. Flip flops or any open toed shoe not recommended.

    What’s included

    ALL fishing gear and bait is included, and EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We leave the dock a 6:00 a.m., so please show up 15 minutes early.

Gratuity is not included in the pricing. 20 to 25 % of the price of trip is standard. Your deckhand or crew makes sure your day goes as smooth as possible. They get boat ready ahead of time . They bait hooks, get you unsnagged and untangled, and help you take the fish off the hooks. They also filet your catch, so it is ready for the grill.
