Ingredients

  • Petrale Sole - Whole Fish

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Garlic

  • Lemon Juice

  • Butter

  • Sheet Pan

 

Instructions

  1. Take the whole fish and fully scale, gut, and gill it.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Place prepped fish on sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper. Then, score fish in a checkered pattern.

  4. Coat generously with all seasonings, lemon juice, and softened butter.

  5. Bake fish at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Then switch to broil for 10 minutes.

  6. Serve with Rice and Veggies of your choice.

Notes: Try this recipe on the BBQ. You can be also use any whole fish like Rockfish, Salmon, Lingcod, Sand dabs and Stripers.
