Cap’n Rodney’s Blackened Seasoning
Butter
Best in Cast Iron Skillet
Instructions
Coat both sides of raw fish with Cap’n Rodney’s blackened seasoning.
Heat a cast iron skillet really hot. Then add butter of your liking. We use Miyoko’s plant based butter.
Add your seasoned fish to the hot skillet for about 2 minutes per side, until nice and blackened on both sides. We like to do it outside because it smokes up the house.
Take out & serve with your favorite sides. We recommend enjoying this with Roasted Veggies, Mashed Potatoes, or Rice
