Ingredients

  • Rockfish

  • Cedar Planks

    • Space enough for all fish to lay single layer on

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • Orange or Lemon (Thinly Sliced)

  • Onion (Thinly Sliced)

  • Fresh Rosemary Twigs

  • Butter

  • BBQ

 

Instructions

  1. Soak cedar planks fully in water for 2 hours.

  2. Cover both sides of the rockfish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.

  3. Remove planks from water and cover with orange/lemon and onion slices.

  4. Layer fish on dressed planks and cover fish in butter. Then lay the rosemary twiggs on top.

  5. Put planks onto hot BBQ and cook until fish is golden.

  6. Serve with rice, veggies, or your favorite sides.
