Parmesan Crusted Halibut
Ingredients
Parmesan Topping:
1/4 cup Softened Butter
1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
2 Tbsp Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
4-6 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
Dash of Hot Sauce
4 Wild-Caught Halibut Fillets
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
Baking Dish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Season halibut with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Then place coated halibut filets in a baking dish and bake in oven for 6 minutes.
Mix all parmesan topping ingredients together.
Once fish is out of the oven, cover its top and sides with the parmesan topping.
Turn oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the halibut tops are lightly browned.
Serve immediately with your sides of choice.
